Two very large “flex space” buildings are planned for a 50-acre property on the Carlisle Pike in Silver Spring Township where a nearly 500,000-square-foot recycling center was proposed 18 months ago. But the new proposal, as well a scheduling error for a conditional use hearing, has left some residents less than happy.
