Neighbors aid Philly man whose car was damaged during out-of-control Super Bowl party

Sunday was a rough day for the resident of a North Philadelphia neighborhood, and not just because the Eagles lost to the Chiefs in a wild and crazy Super Bowl.

Richard Pierce’s front windshield was smashed and his door handles and rearview mirrors were all broken when a large crowd of partiers swarmed Arlington Street near Temple University campus, overturning cars and smashing windows before the game started.
